flink-connector-kafka pins its own archunit.version (1.4.1) in its root
pom.xml, separate from the version Flink itself uses (see FLINK-40701, which
upgrades Flink core to 1.5.0). Since the connector doesn't inherit that pin, it
needs its own bump.
1.5.0 (August 2026) adds class file support for Java 26 and 27, makes
TextFileBasedViolationStore thread-safe, and starts counting caught exceptions
as dependencies. https://github.com/TNG/ArchUnit/releases/tag/v1.5.0
Raised per review discussion on
https://github.com/apache/flink-connector-kafka/pull/306, where archunit was
pulled out of that PR's dependency-pruning scope pending a dedicated ticket.
