`flink-python/pyflink/datastream/connectors/jdbc.py` calls
`org.apache.flink.connector.jdbc.JdbcSink.sink(...)` (deleted in jdbc-4.0.0),
reflectively resolves `JdbcOutputFormat.createRowJdbcStatementBuilder` (moved
in 3.x, now deleted) and calls `JdbcTypeUtil.typeInformationToSqlType` (its
last caller anywhere); `flink-python/pom.xml` pins
`flink-connector-jdbc:3.1.1-1.17`. The Python sink is non-functional against
any 4.x connector. Either port it to `JdbcSink.builder()` or drop it;
`JdbcTypeUtil.typeInformationToSqlType` is removed from the connector once this
is settled.
