Hey all, On behalf of the Flink PMC, I'm extremely excited to announce that Samrat Deb (https://github.com/samrat002) has been added to the group of Flink committers because of his long-term commitment to Flink over multiple years. Samrat has contributed across many components in Flink (adaptive scheduler improvements, connectors), but his work around a native S3 filesystem implementation has gained a lot of attention. There are also some interesting pending PRs for adding a new Redis connector, an AWS Glue integration in the flink-connector-aws repo, and others. Samrat has also written blog posts and spoke at Meetups about Flink.
