Hi, I am contributing PR #267 to flink-connector-kafka. Once CI fails due to infrastructure/flakiness, is there a preferred way for external contributors to request a CI rerun?
Also, after the PR receives approval, should a Flink committer perform the merge, or is there another expected workflow? Thanks, Jigar
