The CI runs at
https://dev.azure.com/apache-flink/apache-flink/_build?definitionId=1 for today
and yesterday show that we're testing the same commits, even though there have
been merges to the different supported branches.
It looks like the process that's syncing from apache/flink to
https://github.com/flink-ci/flink-mirror isn't running anymore.
[~renqs] is this something you can take a look at?
