Deferred from FLINK-40028. Several visualization libraries are pinned to old
majors that
ng update / lockfile regeneration cannot bump (out of semver range). Each is an
independent migration of one UI widget with its own runtime-regression surface
and should land as a separate PR:
* @antv/g2 v4 -> v5 (job charts; v5 is a rewrite, the largest effort)
* d3-flame-graph 4 -> 5 (flame graph view)
* dagre 0.8.5 (unmaintained) -> @dagrejs/dagre 3.x (job DAG layout)
(monaco-editor is tracked separately in FLINK-39191.)
