Problem
Java Table API users need a public entry point for GEOGRAPHY columns.
Goal
Expose GEOGRAPHY through the Java Table API.
Solution / Scope
Add DataTypes.GEOGRAPHY() and ensure schema builders can use it.
Acceptance Criteria
Java schema examples can declare GEOGRAPHY columns and type equality tests pass.
