Hi Weiqing, I count 2 binding votes in this thread, from Xingcan and Becket. A FLIP needs 3 binding votes per the bylaws [1]. If you're interested in restarting this FLIP, I think we should have a new round of discussions and a vote since this thread has been open for more than a year, and Flink has changed since then.
