The current implementation of TiDB CDC is based on the Source Function API and
utilizes an earlier SDK version.
The Source Function API has been deprecated in Flink 2.0. To keep pace with the
evolution of Flink APIs, we need to migrate TiDB CDC's implementation to
[FLIP-27|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FLINK/FLIP-27%3A+Refactor+Source+Interface]
API.
