Hi Faibian, I have a question unrelated to this release: why isn't flink-streaming-kafka-test-base available in the official Maven repository?
I've come across several unofficial versions published by third parties[1], but there doesn't seem to be a centralized, official artifact. This makes it difficult to depend on consistently across projects. Is there a particular reason it's not published officially?
