Currently, even if the delivery guarantee is set to {*}NONE{*}, the Kafka sink
throws an exception, which results in job restarts.

*Proposal:* Introduce a new configuration parameter, {{{}failOnError{}}}, in
{{KafkaSinkBuilder}} to suppress throwing the error and log it instead. With
this change, exceptions from the Kafka cluster will no longer result in job
restarts.
