Thanks for the proposal, these are really interesting features to extend
Flink ML use case.

+1 for the proposal.

I just have one question, since you plan to extend
SqlMlFunctionTableFunction for both ML functions builtin registrations,
will ML_EVALUATE be an aggregate function or Table function?
