OperatorCoordinator#resetToCheckpoint() is called even before
OperatorCoordinator#start(), so that SchemaManager was recreated in
SchemaRegistry after job failover.
This will result in the loss of previously maintained schema information after
restarting the job, leading to abnormal schema inference.
