Hi, I notice the new numbers on the stalebot are having an effect on our backlog. We had over 1000 open non-draft PRs last week. We now have 603 PRs open and non-draft! We expect a couple of hundred more to close out in the near future.
This came out of the Community Health Initiative (CHI) workgroup [1] and specifically was put in by @Tom Cooper<mailto:c...@tomcooper.dev> – thanks Tom! And support from @Robert Metzger<mailto:rmetz...@apache.org> – thanks Robert! If you think a PR has been closed incorrectly, add a comment and it will be made non-stale and back in our relevant backlog. If we think the stale bot is too aggressive in what it closes, we can tweak its settings. Currently we are the same as many Apache projects, so our settings seem pretty standard for an Apache project. Kind regards, David.
