Hi Shengkai, Thanks for the detailing. That clarified the setup related questions. However it would be nice to have this captured somewhere in the gateway documentation so that the doc becomes much more user friendly. I have created a ticket[1] with my suggestions on the improvement and I am happy to contribute to it.
