While reviewing PRs for the Community Health Initiate – I saw

The proposal is to upgrade Kyro to remove the Twitter Chill library which is a
Scala companion library for Kryo that has been abandoned. This is a great
motivation, but will cause an issue between v1 and v2 state.
On the one hand this is V2 so we can make these sort of breaking changes, on
the other hand this will be a migration inhibitor, so I have suggested that we
need a way to migrate v1 Kyro state if we make this change.
I want to raise this with the community for thoughts and feedback,
