Regarding the discussion of [https://github.com/apache/paimon/issues/4579,] the
{{waitCompaction}} should be true in {{ableWriteImpl#prepareCommit to avoid CME
problem, so the PaimonWriter#prepareCommit should pass the waitCompaction with
true value.}}
