Hi all, I want to kick off the discussion for elasticsearch connector release v3.1. Our latest release v3.0.1 was more than a year ago[1]. Since then the connector has developed an important set of features like SinkV2 compatibility update[2] and most importantly Elasticsearch 8 support[3] which is of high demand. I believe it might be time to release V3.1. I am happy to drive the release with an assist from a PMC for privileged actions or even assist if a PMC is willing to lead.
