Hi devs,
Here's a summary of today's release sync.
- All blockers for 2.0 Preview Release have been resolved. *We are
creating the first RC now.*
- Hive connector with Hadoop 3.1 does not compile after dropping Java 8
support.
- We will not block 2.0-preview for this.
- Hive connector is temporarily excluded from the build. We'll look
into this after the preview release.
