There is a TINYINT(1) type column in the MySQL source table, and
`jdbc.properties.tinyInt1isBit: false` is defined in the pipeline YAML. But
flink-cdc-pipeline-connector-mysql still returns BOOLEAN type, expects TINYINT
type.
