Hi all, I would like to discuss creating a new 1.15 patch release (1.15.4). The last 1.15 release is over three months old, and since then, 43 tickets have been closed [1], of which 13 are blocker/critical [2]. Given that Flink 1.17 is on the horizon, it will be good to release critical bug fixes before 1.15 goes out of support.
Additionally we have community demand for a 1.15.4 release [3] to address a critical bug FLINK-28695 [4]. I volunteer to be the release manager.
