The license checker output is difficult to parse for people who aren't too
familiar with it. They just get bombarded with 200 log lines, that are too
long, with too much redundant information, with no quick way to identify
whether they are relevant for a particular change (e.g., module) without any
guidance on whether something is critical or not.
