Summary: Remove "blink" suffix from table modules

In order to reduce confusion around "What is Flink?/What is Blink?" we should
remove the term {{blink}} from the following modules:

flink-table-planner-blink
flink-table-runtime-blink
flink-table-uber-blink

It is up for discussion if we will:
- just perform the refactoring,
- keep the old modules for a while,
- or move the contents to new modules and link to those from the old modules
In any case we should make sure to keep the Git history.
