Summary: I see that there is lake of documentation in python

most of the examples of the codes have documentation for java and scala only.
so we cannot understand if the feature exists in python but there is no
documentation for it. or the feature does not exist in python at all.
I believe we need to give the python documentation more attention, more
examples, as well as more supported features
