Hi all, I would like to start the vote for moving Flink ML pipeline API and library code to a separate repository named flink-ml.
The main motivation is to allow us to remove SQL planner in Flink 1.14 while still allowing ML pipeline API/library development in the coming year, The vote will last for at least 72 hours, following the consensus voting process.
