when we sink data to multi jdbc outputformat ,
```
protected void establishConnection() throws SQLException,
ClassNotFoundException {
Class.forName(drivername);
if (username == null) {
connection = DriverManager.getConnection(dbURL);
} else {
connection = DriverManager.getConnection(dbURL, username, password);
}
}
```
may cause jdbc driver deadlock. it need to change to synchronized function.
