As suggested in the FLIP-140 we want to implement the sorting inside of
{{org.apache.flink.streaming.runtime.io.PushingAsyncDataInput.DataOutput}}. To
do that we need to be notified about the end of input.
We can do that by adding an {{endInput}} method. Moreover we could move the
logic of notifying the Bounded(One/Multi)Input operators from OperatorChain to
that new method.
