Hope to contribute code

Hi,
    I hope to contribute some simple code to flink, But it is 
difficult for me to find a problem that is suitable 
for myself among the many problems of JIRA. 


    I think many people will have the same problem, that is how to 
get a simple question and then contribute 
their first code. This is of great significance for those who want to 
contribute code for an open source project
for the first time.


    I need some help for the code landing.
