Currently, if a {{FetchTask}} is blocking on
{{FutureCompletingBlockingQueue.put()}}, interrupt has to be called to wake it
up, which will result in {{InterruptedException}}. We can avoid the
interruption by having our own implementation of {{BlockingQueue.Put()}}.
