Right now the Terminal in the SQL CLI uses only in-memory command history that
disappears immediately when the CLI is shut down.
We should add a flink conf parameter: sql.cli.history.file
And probably should default to tmp/flink-sql.history to have a nicer
out-of-the-box behavior.
