There are some end-to-end test utilities that other end-to-end Stateful 
Function tests can benefit from, such as:
* {{StatefulFunctionsAppContainers}}
* {{KafkaIOVerifier}}
* {{KafkaProtobufSerDe}}

We should move this to a new common module under {{statefun-end-to-end-tests}}.
