It would be nice to display explanation of the statistics (for example
checkpoint statistics like {{Start Delay}} or {{Alignment Duration}}) in the
WebUI in some kind of tool tip, after hoovering over the column.
Maybe we could inject the description from the Flink doc automatically somehow?
