As FLINK-12905 has be resolved, FLINK-71 now only needs to add DDL support for
create view statement, which is not much much, i would be very nice if we can
make this into Flink 1.10.
We should also update the details about the persistence of view properties/
view expanding in the FLIP-71 wiki.
