Hi Jan, Recently the community changed the contribution process a bit and there are no longer contributor privileges. The jira issues are supposed to be assigned by committers that are willing to help you with getting the contribution in. Please look at the contribution guidelines[1]. Do you have some particular jira ticket in mind that you are interested in working on?
