Hi Andrey, I think the mailing archive reformat my mail and confuse you. If the elements have the same processing time, the behavior of the them will same as the original RocksDBListState. So, it will involve the OOM issue. I think we can add an inner time shift to resolve it (only put limit count elements for the same key), in another way we can use hash function to dispersed the key, but it will reorder the elements.
