Fix For: 1.8.0
{{ConfigOption#withFallbackKeys}} and {{ConfigOption#withDeprecatedKeys}} both
simply override the fallbackKeys array instead of checking whether it already
contains some keys.
As a result, using both methods results in one of the given key sets to be
overwritten.
