that's a difficult question, because I don't know anything about your
interests and experience.
Ideally, somebody here on the mailing list is approaching you because they
need a certain feature in Flink, and you are driving the development
together.
Or you are looking through our JIRA to see if you find a ticket that you
like. I would recommend you to ensure that you have somebody from the
community who's planning the fix / improvement in the JIRA with you, so
that you can be sure that the change gets reviewed and merged in the end.
