+1 - checked signatures - locally executed build, without Hadoop, Scala 2.11 - locally executed e2e tests, looped 10 times with all attempts passing - Staged artifacts are complete for releasing - Changes from 1.6.2 to 1.6.3 all seem sane, IMO
