When calling {{JobMasterGateway#triggerSavepoint(String, boolean, Time)}}, the
default timeout is used because the time parameter of the method is not
annotated with {{@RpcTimeout}}.
*Expected behavior*
* timeout for the RPC should be {{RpcUtils.INF_TIMEOUT}}
