Fix For: 1.5.0
The current {{Kafka}} end-to-end test only runs with Kafka 0.10. We should
extend the test to also run with
* Kafka 0.8
* Kafka 0.9
* Kafka 0.11
Additionally we should change the test job to not be embarrassingly parallel by
introducing a shuffle.
