Implement a generic entry point for Flink sessions. This {{ClusterEntryPoint}}
has to start a {{ResourceManager}}, the {{Dispatcher}} component and the
cluster's RESTful endpoint. This class could serve as the basis for a
{{Mesos-}} and {{YarnEntryPoint}} to run Flink sessions.
