1、I use the link https://flink.apache.org/downloads.html
2、In this web, I choose the Latest stable release (v1.3.0) section. Then
I click the Binaries link, which the hadoop version of 2.7 and scala version of
2.11 . I see the link is direct to
http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.lua/flink/flink-1.3.0/flink-1.3.0-bin-hadoop27-scala_2.11.tgz.
The package size is not correct! It is only 5kB.
