There were no -1 votes, so the community decided to publish the artifacts as Flink 1.1.2. I'll release the artifacts to maven central and upload the files to the mirrors. @Neelesh: Good suggestion. I thought that it might be easier to just look up the time of my message in the mail client (which usually shows the time timezone-adjusted), and then add three days to that time. But I can also provide an end time for future votes.
