Summary: Drop the "flinkAccumulators" from the Execution

The {{Flink Accumulators}} in the {{Execution}} previously held data that is
now represented via Metrics.
Once the Metrics have fully subsumed the {{Flink Accumulators}}, they should be
dropped from the {{Execution}}.
