With INFRA-12458 implemented now we need to move on and:
- recover code coverage reporting for maven build
- report it continuously with coveralls.io . Obsolete reports could be found
[here|https://coveralls.io/github/apache/flink]
It is good to:
- prevent extra tests run for reporting
- minimize build timing impact with agent/instrumentation/reporting
- provide java/scala code coverage metrics there
