We should find a way to exclude unsupported SQL features such as outer joins,
intersection, etc..
A query like the following
{code}
SELECT c, g FROM t1 FULL OUTER JOIN t2 ON b = e
{code}
will currently not fail, but be translated into an inner join instead.
