I will most likely making these themes for my company (Material is already
planned) so it wouldn't be too much trouble to open source.

Cupertino would be easy after that. 

Other components might also be useful like Mobile Color Picker, Mobile
Calendar etc.

Alex, I have worked extensively with Ionic and other products which use
Cordova. Although it is good for web to app implementations, it is still a
web page just wrapped in an app, using the system browser which can result
in poor performance. A simple test would be implementing and running
Fibonacci algorithm in cordova vs native or even flex. You can also check 
this comparison vs react native

good option when focusing on mobile.
