Hi Alex,

I think I have fixed your issue. I have switched downloading in class Ant
-> Get through windows Powershell using .NET class [1]. I need to test my
solution on Windows 7 which I'm going to do this today.
The only problem is with progress of downloading. Basically I'm
getting bytesTotal
in ProgressEvent 0, but we can leave with that I think. On Windows 10
everything is going smooth and installer has max 150 MB in memory.
