It is failing because MD5Checker and many other utilities expect to be built against a repo/working-copy instead of an IDE-compatible Flex SDK. Unfortunately, flexTasks is placed in a different place in the repo build vs an IDE-compatible SDK.
I guess it should be possible to test for which flexTasks.jar folder is being referenced so the build can run against either configuration, or tweak the repo builds and packaging builds to put flexTasks.jar in the same place as the IDE SDKs. But is it worth it?
