Unfortunately, they don't expose the APIs to be able to fake the camera input, so there really isn't any way to do it. There are drivers that exist at the OS level that allow you to do this (TechSmith used to make one, but it wasn't updated to W10 and later OSX versions) -- and they essentially allows the OS to emulate a camera which allowed FP/AIR to think it was talking to to a cam, but rather the input was coming from a file or a screen sharing app.
